Strategic learning is a core pillar of MENA Impact Women’s work.

For this reason, the platform launched its first Strategic Empowerment Programme pilot in May 2026, bringing together girls and women from Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria.

The pilot produced strong early results, helping participants recognise their existing capabilities, clarify their professional direction and transform ideas and experience into concrete pathways for growth, agency and positive impact in their communities.

MENA Impact Women is an independent, women-led platform advancing research, strategic empowerment and initiatives that transform girls’ and women’s capabilities into opportunities across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Grounded in local realities and direct community engagement, we translate evidence into practical learning through MENA 4 WEM Academy and extend its impact through our publishing house, Media Liberata — bridging research, strategic empowerment, publishing and meaningful action across MENA.
